Engineering, Project Managememt and Operations Services TSMarine is a well established, leading independent provider of subsea services including rigless well intervention, IMR (installation, maintenance & repair) service, installation and decommissioning services and light offshore construction services to the offshore oil and gas industry. With an excellent track record, TSMarine are actively engaged in servicing many areas of the world including the North Sea, Mediterranean, West Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. TSMarine operates three vessels. Havila Harmony and Rem Etive are currently operating in the Asia-Pacific region, carrying out well intervention, subsea installation and decommissioning projects, while Rem Poseidon is operated in the Europe and Africa and is working in the Mediterranean Sea before returning to the North Sea for a programme of subsea well plug and abandonments and installation support contracts this summer. During 2010, we will take delivery of two new-build vessels, Loch Torridon and Loch Sunart for well intervention, decommissioning and installation support.
